A heritage photo collection by Jean Cazemajou & Murray Bolesta.

These charming pictures are part of a book my wife Agnès and I are putting together with the working title "Midcentury Road Trip: Images from a French Family's American Adventure in the 1950s." She was a child during this trip. Her father, Professor Jean Cazemajou, took all pictures, superbly. The French family of three was greeted warmly everywhere they went in this era of postwar USA, leaving an indelibly warm memory.

My Passion for Heritage Photography...

They represent my passion for heritage photography. The original photos by Jean are on a color film slide which I rescued and expertly scanned and restored with painstaking faith to the original!
